1. Purpose

These Terms govern access to and use of the Discount2Go platform, which connects users with physical merchants through location-based discounts and offers.

2. Users

Users must be at least 16 years old.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information.

3. Service Description

Discount2Go is a technology intermediary
It does not sell goods directly
Merchants are solely responsible for honoring offers

4. Proper Use

Users must not:

Commit fraud
Manipulate QR codes
Use the service unlawfully

Discount2Go may suspend accounts at its discretion.

5. Liability

Discount2Go is not liable for:

Merchant non-compliance
Indirect damages
Temporary service interruptions

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software are owned by Discount2Go or licensed third parties.

7. Amendments

Discount2Go may update these Terms at any time.

8. Governing Law

Spanish law applies.
